However, it is expected to become very warm on Sunday, with an outside chance of 30°C being reached locally. Brighter conditions follow, but showers develop in the northern half of the UK. In northern and western Scotland they turn heavy at times. Therefore, all regions can expect showers or longer spells of rain, and at times it will become windy. The wettest conditions are likely to be in the north and west.
