You can request that your TWO account or comments made using Facebook, Twitter or Google logins are deleted at any time. To do this:

1) Send us details of your account and / or comments made using Facebook, Twitter or Google logins using the Contact Us form.

2) Once we have verified the authenticity of your request it will be actioned as soon as is reasonably possible.

3) All data related to your account is stored on servers in the United Kingdom and is not shared with third parties.

The 1-TWO login system can be used to make user comments, save weather forecast locations and subscribe to the email newsletter

You can login with your TWO discussion forum, Facebook, Twitter or Google account. No information is stored on our systems until you login AND take an action. An action can be:

You can login with your TWO discussion forum, Facebook, Twitter or Google account. No information is stored on our systems until you login AND take an action. An action can be:

  • Post a comment
  • Save a forecast location
  • Subscribe to the email newsletter

If you make a comment the following information is stored:

  • Authentication provider which can be TWO discussion forum, Facebook, Twitter or Google
  • Authentication name. For Facebook and Google this is your profile email address. For Twitter and the TWO discussion forum it is your username
  • User name. The IP address your comments are made from

Your email address and IP address are encrypted before being stored in our systems.

IMPORTANT: Passwords are not stored in our systems when you log in to 1-TWO.

Email newsletter

  • When you register your email address is stored in our systems
  • When you unregister your email address is deleted from our systems
  • Your email address is not shared with or sold to third parties

When registering, the information you enter will be stored in our systems. Once your account is activated the following is also stored:
  • Any information you choose to add to your profile page
  • Any forum posts and Personal Messages (PMs) you make

At any time you can request that your account and contributions are deleted.

The information entered in your profile is not shared with third parties
