Site overview

The purpose of the site is to provide weather forecasts and data. We aim to:

• 1) Avoid unecessary jargon
• 2) Make the forecasts and data as easy as possible to understand
• 3) Make navigation of the site as simple as possible

To ensure a consistently high level of performance the web site and data feeds are run on four dedicated servers hosted in Britain.

All content creationn and development work is done in Britain.

Business Model

The site is owned and operated by Technimatch Ltd. Access to most of the site is free. However, a site account and donation (see Advert free access on our website ) removes adverts and offers extra features.

• 1) If you are registered with a site account or a forum account we will never release the information you provided to third parties
• 2) If you are not registered we are unable to identify you as an individual

The site generates income primarily from advertising. Therefore, it is essential for us to be able to track site usage. To do this we use a tool called Google Analytics which is an industry standard.
