A sharp change in daytime temperatures looks set to develop later on, around Tuesday 16th June, and the overall trend is for temperatures to rise both day and night as the period progresses.
Hot conditions are expected at times, with highs reaching into the 30s. Peak heat is on course on Friday 19 June, with highs around 32°C. Overnight temperatures will dip lowest on Friday 5 June, falling to 9°C. There is a notable spread between the highest and lowest temperatures, so conditions will vary considerably.
There will be some wet spells, with rainfall totals near 28mm over the period.
Some changes in conditions are likely through the period, with alternating settled and unsettled phases.
