The pattern appears changeable, with neither high nor low pressure fully in control. Rainfall looks limited, with most days staying dry.
A sharp change in daytime temperatures is forecast later on, around Saturday 27th June, and the overall trend is for temperatures to fall both day and night through the period, and conditions may turn more unsettled as the period progresses.
Warm or very warm conditions are forecast on, with daytime highs in the mid-to-upper 20s. Peak warmth is forecast on Thursday 25 June, with highs around 29°C. The coolest night looks set to develop on Wednesday 1 July, with lows around 7°C. There is a notable spread between the highest and lowest temperatures, so conditions will vary considerably.
A blustery spell looks set to develop around Friday 26 June, bringing gusts of 40mph. There will be some wet spells, with rainfall totals near 24mm over the period. The wettest conditions are forecast on on Thursday 2 July.
