A sharp change in daytime temperatures is on course later on, around Wednesday 1st July, and the overall trend is for daytime temperatures to fall through the period, and conditions may turn more unsettled as the period progresses.
Very hot conditions are predicted on at times, with highs reaching into the mid 30s. Peak heat looks set to develop on Thursday 25 June, with highs around 35°C. Overnight temperatures will dip lowest on Sunday 21 June, falling to 9°C. There is a notable spread between the highest and lowest temperatures, so conditions will vary considerably.
Rainfall totals could be significant, with around 41mm over the period. The wettest conditions are forecast on on Tuesday 30 June.
