An area of high pressure looks set to dominate, favouring settled weather. Some rain is on course, but dry spells will also feature.
The overall trend is for temperatures to rise both day and night as the period progresses.
Pleasant temperatures are anticipated, with highs around 20°C or a little above. Wednesday 12 August should see the best of any milder weather, with highs of 22°C. The coolest night looks set to develop on Friday 21 August, with lows around 7°C.
There will be some wet spells, with rainfall totals near 28mm over the period. The wettest conditions are probable on on Wednesday 19 August.
