A mixed pressure pattern may well develop, leading to changeable weather. There will be a mix of dry intervals and spells of rain.
A sharp change in daytime temperatures is on course later on, around Monday 6th July, and the overall trend is for daytime temperatures to fall through the period, and conditions may turn more unsettled as the period progresses.
Very hot conditions are predicted on at times, with highs reaching into the mid 30s. Peak heat looks set to develop on Tuesday 23 June, with highs around 35°C. Minimum temperatures remain comfortable, dipping to 11°C on Friday 3 July. There is a notable spread between the highest and lowest temperatures, so conditions will vary considerably.
There will be some wet spells, with rainfall totals near 27mm over the period. The wettest conditions are predicted on on Sunday 5 July.
