Tonight showers fade away and clear spells in central and northern areas lead to a frost. In the south cloud builds and by the morning outbreaks of rain are likely in places.
Tomorrow brings a mix of sunny spells and showers to central and northern areas. In the south it is likely to be cloudy with patchy bursts of rain. The overcast skies may make for a particularly cold late April day.
On Saturday outbreaks of rain in the central and eastern England gradually pull away. Central and northern areas have bright spells and scattered showers. Later on, further spells of rain push into the south.
Forecast details for Sunday are uncertain. Areas of low pressure will be close to the UK, leading to a risk of showers or longer spells of rain. However, some computer models are still showing the possibility of drier conditions winning out, so that outcome is not discounted yet. On balance though, it looks more likely that wet conditions will be pushing northwards.
During Monday outbreaks of rain push across northern and western areas. To the south and east it could remain mostly dry.
