Key subscription terms (summary)

By subscribing you agree to these key terms. This summary is for convenience; the full Subscription Terms (opens in a new tab) govern.

Billing and payment

• Your subscription begins on the date of initial payment.
• You can choose a one-time 12-month purchase or an ongoing monthly subscription.
• An ongoing monthly subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
• Ongoing subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
• We will notify you at least 30 days before any change to the price of an ongoing subscription.

Account usage

• Subscriptions are for personal use only.
• Account sharing is limited to your household.
• Sharing beyond your household may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Cancellation and refunds

• Cancel renewal at any time via the “Manage billing” option in your account.
• New subscribers: this does not affect your legal rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days; as premium access starts immediately, by subscribing you ask us to begin the service at once and acknowledge that your right to a full refund may be reduced once access has begun.

Access and features

• Access is via the website.
• Some features have minimum technical requirements (a modern browser; certain charts and tools work best on larger screens).
• An internet connection is required.
