Too late for that now as far as I'm concerned (we are now into meteorological spring after all).
 
The north of Edinburgh, usually always missing out on snow events which occur not just within the rest of Scotland or the UK, but also within the rest of Edinburgh.

Would be nice to get something before the mild air wins out. That forecast looked quite promising for here Thursday.

Back in the good ole days of the 80s, such forecasts were then often upgraded and the breakdown delayed.
Sadly these days the jet has too much power and cold blocks dont seem to hold on

Wednesday: SW
Thursday & Friday: Heavy snow for all north of Nottingham
