Yet another dull start here in Edinburgh, but the cloud cover is slightly more broken than of late with the odd patch of blue sky and even the odd hint of brightness already beginning to be seen.
This makes me feel hopeful that the Sun might break through today a lot earlier in the day than of late.
However, the wind is still coming in from off the North Sea so I'm not expecting it to warm up by much today if it even does at all.
Currently around 12°C here in Edinburgh as at 8am BST (07:00 UTC) this morning.

The north of Edinburgh, usually always missing out on snow events which occur not just within the rest of Scotland or the UK, but also within the rest of Edinburgh.
