Wednesday begins with showers in Scotland and Northern Ireland but elsewhere it is dry. Clear spells overnight have led to a patchy frost in southern and central regions.
The rest of the day brings dry weather to much of the UK, but light outbreaks of rain are likely in northern Scotland. Elsewhere isolated showers are possible. Cloud amounts vary but the sunniest conditions are expected in the south and south west.
Temperatures range from 8C (48F) in Scotland to 15C (59F) in east England. See the radar for the latest view.
Tonight it remains mostly dry. Clear spells lead to a risk of localised ground frost.
Tomorrow it's a similar picture. Southern and central regions have another dry and bright day but thicker cloud in the north could produce a few showers.
During Friday and Saturday high pressure drifts eastwards and cuts off the northwesterly flow. This should lead to warmer and sunnier conditions. By Sunday the risk of rain increases in the north, but southern areas probably hang on to the fine weather.
Early next week temperatures take a tumble and it becomes more changeable. Despite this southern and central regions probably don't have much rain. Buzz looks ahead to Easter.
