Just a trace here on the 1st. The possibility of some rainfall from Friday onwards - but again looking like a brief unsettled spell before high pressure regains control, as is the case with this now long-running blocked pattern.

The rains have failed (so far) here again - just a trace from a few light spits and spots. I would've thought me giving the garden a good soaking earlier would've triggered Sod's law!
