The 'Richmond' cell in SW London must be producing decent size hail.

Yes the radar has really burst into life over the last 30 minutes or so, classic cap busting. Should be an interesting evening!

Lovely towering clouds to the NW of Reigate, but although they're launching nearby, they're constantly drifting away. Baking hot with a hairdryer breeze blowing.

Yes, I can vouch for that. It's like a sauna out there now. Only a few drops of rain so far.

Continuous rumbles of thunder to our south east. Surely it's only a matter of time before we get clobbered.

That's how the Guildford cluster started, from a small shower at about 2.20 NE of Horsham. Meanwhile, several strikes near Odiham sending sounds your way too.

Are you hearing frequent thunder? It seems to be coming from the east, so I would imagine so. It's every 5-10 seconds or so, and has been doing so for the last 20 minutes.

Incredible cloudscape with crepuscular rays coming through the towers and milky white skies at high levels between the cumulonimbus. Quite eerie.

Missed out on storms yesterday here, but massive anvil clouds are bubbling up now. Would be very surprised if we don't get clobbered here later.

We are getting clobbered. Mother of all thunder storms right now. Torrential rain, hail and strong winds too.
