About 3 cm accumulation here in Amesbury near Boscombe Down. Approx 136m elevation

Looking great here, fair amount fallen since about 3am. I can see signs of melt already though, it’s wet under the first car tracks of the day and the tell tale signs of windscreen slippage already happening. Still snowing though.

Icy rain on the windowpane - the sleet's continuing, but with massive flakes of snow embedded in it. It's given a natural "frosted glass" effect to the upstairs windows! And there's the very faintest signs of a dusting trying to form on the grass.

Elsewhere, though, it looks like a winter wonderland from what I can see - lots of snow along the M2 and M20 corridors, and at the wolf centre (300ft up in the hills SW of Reading)... as dawn breaks, the Arctics are in their natural habitat for once!

Fists snow of the year in Evesham this morning - giving a slight dusting on roofs and cars.

Just about 3-4cm I’d say. Looks lovely, but easing and looks like it’ll get washed away this afternoon now rather than a top up. Oh well. Snow is snow.

Light rain here in Chichester….with a hint of ice on our velux window…quelle surprise! 

About 4cm or so here, current temp sitting a smidge above 0c. More than I was expecting given the setup was so marginal, be interesting to see if this aftenoon/evening produces anything or if we'll be on the rain side of things for that.

yes, 1.7C and miserably cold rain ... but 5 or 6 cm being reported from the top of the South Downs and the High Weald, though now turned to rain in several places. A3 closed S-bound at Hindhead, also A267 at Frant. near Tunbridge Wells ... add A 285 near Petworth

Snowing in Slough here from the hotel window. covering on the roofs, bins and cars.

4cm measured here in Crowborough, E-Sussex with snow stuck to every surface. Picture postcard walking the dog @ 6am but I feel its literally on the cusp - confirmed by a distinct lack of snow downhill on my drive to work this morning.

Couple of inches here in Spencers Wood just south of Reading. Currently melting. 

No snow this part of Dorset though I guess  there is some wet stuff higher up on the downs and the Hardy Monument.
Otherwise horrible morning weather-wise at1.7C.

A good covering overnight here, more on higher parts, started to melt/rain but heavier precip overhead now and back to snow, going to be one of those days I think.

Steady light snow here in South Cambridgeshire, on the borders of Essex and Hertfordshire.  A covering everywhere albeit a bit patchy in places.

Radar echoes suggest a few more hours yet.

An inch of wet snow here, much to my surprise down in the Medway valley. Looks to be melting, as it's falling off the trees where it had settled.
