Spring 2014 forecast

A mixed season expected

The spring 2014 forecast is now online and the headline is for a close to average season, but with temperatures and precipitation both more likely to be slightly above average than below. The forecast suggests warmer conditions may develop at times during March, with colder spells possible through the first half of April.
