Broke off from the Fischer-Ronne shelf in Antarctica in 1986, promptly grounded itself and stuck in the Weddell Sea for 30 years. Now it's free, it's spinning round and round (nice video clip in the link) and is expected to get caught up in the Circumpolar Current which will take it to the NE. One of the largest icebergs ever observed, about twice the size of Greater London, and remarkable that it's preserved its integrity when similar bergs have broken up in a year or two.
