That's good - so we're back on 17C.
My CET calculations this month are very close to the provisional Hadley data. Up to yesterday I have a figure of 17.04C. I expect little change for the rest of the month. A very small decline to 16.91C is the current prognosis. So a second above average month for 2013 although nowhere near as warm as July.
