Well, nothing to add - the pressure is reading 986mb but as yet no precip. from this latest low pressure system here. Interesting that we had around an inch of rain here last month during a high pressure spell with the pressure reading around 1030mb! Total remains at 4.5mm - maybe some precip. here later this evening ...

The Pennine rain-shadow in operation here today! Heavy precip. was being reported over the nearby hills to the east  - just a trace here - hardly wetting the ground. Total now at 21.7mm .. average so far.
