Overall current estimate suggests the CET will be around 10.8C as we enter the final week of the month - roughly tracking the 1971-2000 mean.

My latest calculations have the CET at 10.64C by the 28th. Looking like a fairly average month overall after a cool first half. We may end up only slightly below average.
