Before the game I'd have been happy with them drawing, but to crawp a point in 'Jose time' is annoying. Hoping Wet Spam can pile more misery on Wenger tomorrow - even if just a draw.

With Mane out for possibly the season, we need all the breathing space we can get. Need top-4 to help us recruit a couple of top class players this summer.

Incidentally, Sakho has been brilliant at Palace since his loan move. I think Klopp will dig his heels in and Sakho will be gone, but he's a quality player and I hope Klopp concludes he's served his punishment.

He was certainly instrumental in keeping the Chavs at bay, that's for sure.

Dare I hope that if results go our way we'll only be one point behind the Chavs, before they also play on Saturday.

That's certainly not impossible. Big match tonight but I think the Palace result was a bit of a fluke: Chelsea played well and it was just one of those days.

I see Maureen continues to hang Shaw out to dry. It's utterly disgraceful - he's spent much of the season criticising his fitness, then his commitment and now his footballing brain.

Absolutely shocking behaviour from a manager, but hardly surprising from this unpleasant excuse for a man.

I hope Shaw chins the odious creep. It'd secure him a transfer at any rate!

Small fine, and a 2-year ban on signing Academy players from other clubs (1 year suspended)

No problem with the punishment - but I just hope the FA are consistent. Liverpool themselves lodged a complaint a few months ago about Man City tapping up one of their own youngsters, but nothing was done.

As you were as the Chavs win and Spurs come back from one down to get three goals in the last 7 mins.

Valuable point for Bournemouth in its bid not to be sucked into the relegation fight.

Wet Spam continue their slide.

FFS, Liverpool. We're going to blow it, aren't we?

Didn't realise, according to MOTM, that the Dippers haven't won a single league game this season when Mane isn't playing. That's a dreadful statistic.

Equally, dreadful, if Mane had come to play for Poch (instead of us buying Sissoko), we'd probably win the league this year.

Life is full of 'if onlys'. I'm sure the Swansea team is thinking that after managing to throw away a winning position last night.

Little did I realise after my recent comment that Woolwich would put in an even more inept gutless performance. But they have just done so.

Zaha, Benteke and Townsend have absolutely murdered Woolwich this evening.

Very sad news that Ugo Ehiogu has died, aged 44, following a cardiac arrest at Tottenham, where he was the u-23 coach.

Very sad news indeed. R.I.P. Ugo even if I'm not entirely sure how influential he was as a coach at Spurs.

Oops.

Whilst I don't how how quickly this will be resolved, if they're proven guilty that could be two relegation places already decided.

I'm guessing it relates to the puke-inducing practice of footballers being paid a separate wheelbarrow of cash for their 'image rights', with which they then would shunt offshore, into a Ltd company in their own name, to avoid paying their fair share of tax on it. HMRC had cracked down on it, and I understand most clubs did begin to comply with guidelines (players can still have the money diverted into a Ltd Co, but the Co needs to be registered in the UK - still a case of multi-millionnaires dodging tax using nefarious & immoral methods). Perhaps the pair of grubby spivs at wet spam and that arch-shyster in the NE didn't get the memo..

I agree with you; I reckon it's an image rights issue.

As for Cashley and the Dildo Twins it's always a good day when they face bother.

And bother they'll receive in the form of points deductions if found guilty.

Charnley has been arrested at Newcastle so that puts Cashley well and truly in the frame.

Palace played well, especially in the first half.

However, a Pochettino switch to 4-4-2 (after 3-4-3)  in the second half put paid to that. Palace - Zaha and Townsend excepted - didn't have the legs and Fat Sam didn't have  plan B.
