Wonder how high we can go over the weekend before next weeks slide off? Would be cool to get it up to 18.0 even if we can't keep it there.

Unfortunately for my CET prediction there is absolutely no sign of the anticyclone resenting

The mean here is 16.1c. The anomoly is +0.1c for this stage of the month.


It demonstrates how much cooler the SE coast has been considering the CET anomoly is already +1.5c

Given the latest runs showing heat out to the end of the month, could we end up challenging July 2006? The overnight lows are perhaps too cold for this.

Long way of 2006 I would think,(needs to average over 21 from now to month end)highest provisional day so far this month is 19.5.2006 had 18 days with a higher mean than 19.5.
