Well, when you manage to confuse social distancing and closing borders I think you need a pause for reflection.
You were calling for restrictions when, as I keep trying to explain to you, it was already too late. That was my main point and has been consistently.
Closing borders is a form of social distancing - nothing confusing about that.
The restrictions would not have kept it out completely, but would have rendered containment possible.

All travelers entering the country will have to undergo a mandatory 14-day home quarantine starting March 21.
