That's what I said 😆
So apparently it is the night-time temps that have been excessively warm, but it hasn't felt that way here at least. although frost hasn't been a feature with just 1 or 2 sub zero nights.

Perhaps a little uptick to 9.6c/9.7c over the last couple of days. I just hope there's no upwards adjustment, as I really to need a month that's not too damaging in the comp, after a nightmare start.

Yes, I do seem to recall writing it off after about a week. Although it wasn't really 'potent' just a lot of below average temps that mounted up.

Just confirming that rough CET splits are:

1st half: 11.2C
2nd half: 8.0C

Must be unusual to have such a drop in the 2nd half of April
