Similar to my thoughts but I don't think the start will be all that mild on the ground so 1.9C.

Given current output, I'm inclined to go higher, but I'll let my cold bias dominate my guesswork again. (It ruined the chances of my Dec 2012 prediction, and hence my chance of a decent finish in the 2012 annual comp. Oh well!)

Thanks again GW, and the rule tweak will, I think, be appreciated by many.
