Most of today's thundery stuff have once again all bypassed my location but I have ended up with a welcome 9.6 mm since early afternoon. Hopefully the green might start returning to my lawn before long.

Significant flash flooding in Alton just after 5pm today. The drive from Basingstoke was as bad as I have seen in terms of flooding in my 15 years here

Could be some quite intense small cells today conditions suit. Again definite chance for localised flash flooding on the roads. Interesting day ahead

Lots of heavy showers around on the radar today and I heard a couple of rumbles but once again they mostly missed here, just 2mm today and 71mm for the month so far. The lawn is however now >50% green for the first time since April.
