In the same way I find myself surprised to be at the very top given the short-lived looking nature of the cold spell, and things looking to return to average or bove from the recent GEFS... I suppose as per normal, time will tell 😎

My water company is sending round robin emails telling us to remember to insulate our pipes and giving tips to stop them bursting .
Doesn't seem very springlike ! 
It actually happened to 2 people on my road in December already.
I'm not expecting 2013 or 2006 style weeks on end of cold dull misery but below average and possibly cooler than what ended up as a very mild Feb is definitely a possibility
