A muddy walk earlier with around an inch of rain in 3 days, low cloud and drizzle on the hill and wet in the woods with the Braid Burn running fast again

A bit brighter now between fronts, at noon it's 20 C at Swanston and 21 C has been reported at the airport

Last night was a little cooler than the previous nights 19C. 

Currently around 26.5C

Humidity is up with dew point around 19-20C range

Just an update to my post above. I can confirm that Swanston in south Edinburgh has had 31.1mm in 5 days (up to 0900 today)
