Thread has slipped to page 21 so am attempting to bring it forward a bit so I don't lose it, even though this dreadful early year weather hasn't provided anything of interest yet. Reading reached 1.5 today before the cloud set in.

Edit: best date record I can see over the last decade is 1.8 in 2022.

Seems to be a glitch with the site/ my end- the trace is there and looks quite high for 17th but the numerical scale has been removed, even for historical data. Is it visible to you/ anybody else?

Edit/update: the page won't even open now and it says '428     precondition required'.

Reading has had another 3 days (3rd,4th,5th) at UV 2, making four on the trot. Gusty would be pleased I think.

Ruddy facial glow is helping to conceal some weird spots on my cheeks.

Sad that MetO don't publish numbers in their forecasts now- just the wider bands of low, medium etc. Takes a bit of excitement away.

And yes, each time I've sent feedback saying that losing detail isn't working for me and I prefer the old site as a result. They do listen a bit, it seems, as it's no longer quite such a massive in your face, mobile type site on desktop...
