It's been replaced by largely clear skies this morning, calm with plenty of birds flying around the trees in the garden. It's the sort of winter view which you'd imagine would be accompanied by frost, but not today -- the wait for the first winter frost goes on.
It's 6.3, dew 5.4, with the overnight low being 3.4. Yesterday's high was 7.2.
After a fair end to yesterday and a moonlit night, it's now back to default overcast skies. I'd like to say how the 10 C & low 90% H are feeling mild compared to of late but it still feels all cold and clammy.

Once again though, this winter has gone completely down the toilet pan with the temperature at around 12°C here in Edinburgh and refusing to drop.😡
EDIT 0800 wind has got up a little from the W and cloud now mostly gone
It's breezy with plenty of high cloud, the moon was shining earlier. 10.2, dew 8.1. Last night's low was 10.1 and yesterday's high was 12.7.

After a brighter day yesterday, it's back to gloomy drizzly stuff here today. This year must be the cloudiest one ever. I don't mind it at this time of year as it gives a cosy feel with the Christmas lights on to offset the darkness

Drizzle aside, it's 9.4, dew 8.8, which is the high so far. Last night's low was 4.4, and yesterday's high was 11.3.
It's exceptionally mild, too, with a few bits of drizzle around. 12.3, dew 11.5, with an overnight low of 8.5.
I'll be interested to see just how warm it ends up being today. The MetO raw has 15 here, but the MetO text forecast only mentions 14 as a max!
EDIT - an hour later, the clouds have gone but not the wind
However, the frost-free horror show goes on with the temperature at a ridiculously mild 12°C here in Edinburgh.😡
The very mild temperatures continue, it's now up to 13.6 / dew 12.0, which is the high so far.
