20.7c and cloudless.
We are heading northwards to Scotland for the weekend to sample some of this much talked about 'permacast hell'.

Regardless of what the weather is like though, I hope that you will enjoy your visit to this city.
Anyway, we have had a little taste of that permacast hell this morning as the day has dawned to yet another boring grey nothingness. The Sun is trying hard to be seen through that cloud, but there has been nothing at all in the way of sunshine recorded for today so far at Edinburgh Gogarbank as at 8am this morning.
Last night was very warm and sticky, and the overnight minimum temperature was 16.7°C at Edinburgh Gogarbank, 17°C at Edinburgh Airport and 16.2°C at the botanic gardens in Edinburgh.
Meanwhile, the temperature at 8am this morning was 18.9°C at Edinburgh Gogarbank, 19°C at Edinburgh Airport and 19.0°C at the botanic gardens in Edinburgh.
The north of Edinburgh, usually always missing out on snow events which occur not just within the rest of Scotland or the UK, but also within the rest of Edinburgh.
