Have observed my first actual air frost of the season after a min of -0.4 C at 5.45 am. Now crisp sunshine, 2.7 C & low 80% H but virtually no wind.

The temperature in my back garden which is in the shade is -1 °C but feels more like -3 °C.  It is warmer in my front garden as that is the sunniest place in winter. All the roofs  and grass is all covered in frost.  The frost came white on time (rime).

-2 here in Kinross sunny just now but had a slight covering of snow this morning😉. Radar showing a band of organised sleet/snow about as far South of Dundee but don't know if it will make this far South 🤔.
