When did you first see the signs of it because I have always been curious if such things are predictable weeks in advance and if something specific triggers them?

Temps were above average for Dec and Jan so i suggest you get your facts right

The trouble with spoof threads is that they draw posters away from the really exciting stuff in the MOD and other science threads.

Well, I am genuinely interested in natural forecasting as well as other methods. It’s all well and good Chris saying he predicted something but we’ll learn nothing if it isn’t explained. Also, this isn’t going to be taken with anything other than a pinch of salt if the purpose of the thread is just to gloat!

Chris, why don’t you ignore the pointless posts and answer the serious questions?  That’s the only way of avoiding another closed thread because, whatever you might think, most of us are serious weather geeks on here.

I got barred for showaddywaddy lyrics on a topic I started and yet folk are aloud to bully and you advocate that by your actions of not barring them. The reason why the lyrics because folk took the piss which my prediction is more than spot on.

As for my reasoning or methodology. I have given a very long explanation of my methods. Simply look at all information available and make an informed decision. If a 97 million pound Met weather computer cant do the job, a amatuer can by making predictions months before it and getting a hit rate better there is something wrong with the whole set up. Strange how the ignorant tap pencils with frustration out of embarrassment  because they made negative comments toward me and typical of bullies have not got the guts to apologize, what saddos.

Caz your so right I should ignore those I consider worms and trolls however there no place for them on my topic as there comments are as poor as their knowledge.

You said you got banned for quoting song lyrics!  You didn’t!  Nobody gets banned for that!  Banning members is nothing to do with me but I can quite see why the decision was made!

You were banned because of your attitude and your behaviour.  You start threads and consistently ignore the serious questions and only give sarky responses to the few less serious ones.  So your threads are off topic, pointless and disrespectful of the serious posters who welcomed your input.  That’s spamming!

You also started a thread solely to complain about  ‘advanced members’ and hurl abuse!  That’s inflaming!

You’ve been given a second chance, not only by the mods who re-opened your account, but by the posters who took the time to respond respectfully!  And in my opinion, you’ve blown it!  You really don’t deserve any more chances!

Your great at making assumptions of folk and allowing the bullies to make sly comments. You support them but me its sarcasm. Its a shame its such a closed shop, one rule for one and one for another. 

As soon as I put my post on here the troll and idiots posted negative comments and its certainly no place for serious folk , as I am finding out from many of the weather pros who refuse to use the site any more.

I have already posted, how I come to my conclusions by gathering and taking on informathin is already out there for all to see. If folk cant be bothered to read it then so be it. Having had the piss taken out of me and then proving those idiots right with no apology makes one somewhat wonder if this an amature site and explains why some of my colleagues stay well away.
