It's certainly going up steeply and will probably hit 8c tomorrow if today's local temps are anything to go by.

Although we have had many warm Marches since 1990 It is perhaps surprising that we haven't come closer to beating the record which remains a very beatable looking 9.2c in 1957. Considering we have now had a December warmer than that, and several November's, I would say we will see that smashed some day in the not too distant future. Could even come close this year the way things are going...

It's gone up again!


 I shouldn't be surprised really because daytime temps have stayed in double figures here, although it feels much colder in the wind and there's been plenty of cloud to keep night temps up as well.

It isn't like GW not to post. I know he has busy work periods but I do hope he's OK.
