Darren - did you go through each individual day to find that??

Unless I'm being dim, there doesn't seem to be a table showing each day's max & min (ideally a highest & lowest max and highest & lowest min, with locations. They could do that in a very simple spreadsheet table)

Agree the Met Office site is a bit rubbish,  the extremes page is good. But they could easily have the extreme weekly, monthly,  yearly data somewhere. In the same format so it's easily read.

Actually yesterday and the day before felt much warmer and sunnier especially on Thursday than today not that warm despite incorrect 13C 850s.  Cut the grass since early August and it was like first cut after winter and some mushrooms appeared few spots that shown how extremely wet here so need weeks of much needed dry warm sunny weather while still sufficient daylight hours.
