The Isles of Scilly is currently warm and  sunny with an out break of tornadoes...

Well technically waterspouts but amazing to see nonetheless.

I watched no less than 3 form at one time - I've got some cracking photos.

Currently living at roughly 65m asl North of Cowbridge in the Vale of Glamorgan.

Formerly of, Birdlip, highest village in the Cotswolds and snow heaven in winter; Hawkinge in Kent - roof of the South downs and Isles of Scilly, paradise in the UK.

Still with the summer duvet here and 12.8°C and cloudy just now. I see that Braemar dipped to -0.2°C last night.

A low of 7 C overnight, disappointingly cloudy now

I think this will be a cloudy High!

Pleasant enough - clear blue skies, a gentle northerly and a nice fresh feel to things, ideal for working outdoors. The sun's starting to feel less fiery too, though it still packs a punch around 1PM.

21.8, dew 12.1.

7 days with temperatures below average in the mid-teens and single figures at night, the house is feeling cool at 17 C.....a long way to go until heating switch-on 😆

I'm not expecting single figures here for a few weeks, but you never can tell! The sea is still 21C...

The cloud thinned and broke up somewhat this afternoon to reveal sunshine!! The Max at 3 of Edinburgh's stations has reached between 17 - 17.5 C so not too bad a day in the end.....warm enough to sit out in the sun
