Not sure on that, but I see Brogdale reached 30.1 on the 25th July!

37.5 at Northolt now.ย
37.0 on my local PWS which is the highest of the year.ย
Using current hourly maxes today's CET would already be 25.3C so a new record CET mean for August.
37.6C at Pershore at 1500.

Both Charlwood and Pershore 37.8c

So we've made it to 100F in old money
Working at Luton Airport, Beds (160m asl)
If so, Tim's prediction for August CET up to today is very close to the mark (19.4ยฐC).
Retire while you can still press the 'retire now' button.

The all time August record I believe is 38.5C. I think that's safe. I wonder if any official stations will get a 38C. ๐๐๐๐
