Fleet PWS now 32.9C with a heat index of 38.0C. Blackbushe, up the hill, at 30.2C.

My heat pump outdoor sensor is currently reading 40C but it does get some sunlight catching it in the late morning.

Quite a few 34s and 35s on the WOW site now, discounting the wild outliers.

Stifling here. 29.2, but the dewpoint is a whopping 24.1! The ground is still damp in shaded areas in my garden and it'll doubtless be adding extra moisture to my weather station.

No wind whatsoever, which is disappointing.

The odd bit of breeze, when it comes, makes it feel a little better here but still...

32.6c (3c ahead of yesterday), Dp was at 23c+ and Heat Index of 38.8c.

The all-time records from that local PWS show the effect of the humidity today - the highest temperature it recorded was 37.4C in 2022 but the "feels like" was only 38.8C.

The "feels like" is already 36.7C with a temp of 33.2C.

I was thinking maybe not today there is still residual moisture, so I wonder if a delayed max and more steady warming that the typcal slowdown we see around this time.
