Mostly clear sky today and calm, 7 C just now. The sun is just coming up over the hill briefly at 1225

From 1st December we have no sun for nearly two months. We are in the shadow of Blackford Hill. As a result it's colder on clear days with frost often persisting all day

Just spotted a nice rainbow after a hefty shower passed over us (3.2 mm so far today). The current 11 C is actually feeling balmy Spring-like now that the low noon sun has come back out and winds are dead calm.
