It should surely stay above 18C now. I went for 18.52C and it's unlikely to rise that far. The warm/hot weather is mainly towards the SE and it will need more than that to push it up to that level. However I'm thinking it could edge up to 18.3C or so.

Looks like my total error for the past 3 months will be about 0.3°C, pretty uncanny ... too bad (for me) the preceding tri-month total was 2.8°C .
Summer's been kind to me so far but I daren't assume August will play ball. The weather has a thing for pulling rugs out from underneath feet!

There isn't a rule on this as the met office changed their presentation to one decimal place part way through the year.
As i'm involved I deliberately didn't comment on the monthly winner other than offering ambiguous praise to Caz.
With this being GW's competition, its probably best to leave things as they are for the remainder of the year. That is to continue using 2 decimal places for predictions/results.
After that a decision can be taken, hopefully by GW.
