First distant rumble of thunder heard about 10 minutes ago, seems like the shower is passing just to the NW of here so missing it again.
Cell just exploded just NE of Evesham - lots of great thunder
A few cells around but nothing here yet. We’ll probably get a storm, with a power cut during the match!

Big thunderstorm heading for Sheffield.
Almost constant thunder for the past 45 minutes but no rain. We won’t be able to hear it now though! Good luck England!
A few compact and sharp showers passing through here at the moment. Nothing thundery at the moment however.East of the Pennines looks like the place to be this evening. Some good activity over that way.

Well, that really was a storm and a half. We could hear the hail and thunder above the football and I was torn between watching the lightning or the match! We do well for storms here but this one hit us with everything and really rattled the windows.
Some thunder and lightning here but nothing too dramatic, east Leeds might be getting hit hard.

Here in the north of Edinburgh, I have just heard a rumble of thunder in the distance, and there is a line of very bright echoes showing up on the latest rain radar maps just to my SW.
