Pressure has been falling here over the last day or so and there is a lot of cloud around this morning. However, our drier and more settled weather which we are experiencing at the moment just won't go away as the rain is still refusing to fall in this part of the world at the moment (there has only been one day during this month so far, where it has actually rained here and that follows on from a 5 day dry spell at the end of August) and the Sun just keeps on re-appearing during this morning.

So far, nothing in the way of sunshine has been recorded for today at Edinburgh Gogarbank as at 8am this morning although that is unlikely to be the case for much longer.
