They're in the right place for plume conditions: just a bit further east and safer from storms than East Anglia. I wouldn’t be surprised if they get close (and Belgium could get some pretty high numbers too).

Can't remember what the final figures were for all the stations quoted in this thread for this region yesterday. But I'm pretty sure they ended up higher than the official high for this region given on the MO site of 33.8C at Marham. I managed 34.7C and although not official, I'm quite happy with that figure.

Low last night 16.5 which is 3C warmer than yesterday. Currently 26.3C which is similar to yesterday, maybe a degree lower.

Slightly ahead of yesterday here in London. It hit 25C around 09:11 yesterday and its that now. But the rise does feel slow.

That being said, stations east of this location are rising rapidly with Southend already reporting 27C. That's a good 2C warmer than this time yesterday overall.

26C now. 1 degree warmer that this time yesterday.

The recorded figures I can see on the weathercast site show temperature readings on the hour. But what I dont know is if these figures are taken/recorded on that hour or close to it? Or is the recorded figure the highest one during a particular hour?

Overnight low of 17.5C. Currently 28.6C, very similar to same time yesterday, which eventually bumped along at around 34.2C for three hours in the afternoon.
