Those of you who have followed my posts on these threads will know that during this summer so far, this has usually always led to a dull and overcast start to the following day with there just being the one occasion so far where this hasn't been the case. This means that the omens are once again, not looking good for tomorrow morning.
Today's maximum temperature was 17.6ÂșC at Edinburgh Gogarbank, 17ÂșC at Edinburgh Airport and just 16.1ÂșC at the botanic gardens in Edinburgh which for of these three stations, is very disappointing for the time of year (but then, that's what happens when the temperatures refuse to rise during the day when I want them to).
Meanwhile, the temperature at 10pm tonight was 12.7ÂșC at Edinburgh Gogarbank, 13ÂșC at Edinburgh Airport and 13.7ÂșC at the botanic gardens in Edinburgh.
The north of Edinburgh, usually always missing out on snow events which occur not just within the rest of Scotland or the UK, but also within the rest of Edinburgh.
