Went for a stroll this afternoon in the warm(ish) spring sunshine down by the river in Richmond

Even though the temperature here was 17.3C here this afternoon, most people were still in "winter mode". Despite it being almost T-shirt weather, most of those chilling out by the river were still in their jackets and jumpers (including me)
