The low that's to the south of the UK now is projected by most models to develop subtropical characturistics through today and tommorow.

As an example UKMO has it developing a deepish symmetrical warm core:

We already see extensive shower activity near the centre, and I'd fully expect it to organise into a very small tightly bound convective system through today and into tommorow. Something approaching an eyewall and banded system is not inprobable. It will look quite similar to a medicane and be much more dynamically similar than a classical atlantic TC.

One to watch, though this will be a curiosity more than a worrisome meterological event. Gusty winds, heavy rain and thunderstorms are possible but nothing particularly unusual. What is unusual is the nature of the system itself.

Not the same system, but some amazing weather. We got about 65cm of snow from two falls. Fortunately, we had snow chains.
