It’s sunny here in the NE and currently 20.4°C in the garden. Generally very pleasant.

In Aberdeen? I think you mean "vile sunshine appearing during the working week", surely?

Currently 28 c under full sunshine in clear skies, but is being made bearable by an onshore sea breeze and humidity % levels being in the mid-40s as I sit outside at my famed west-facing front garden. Again.

29C Partly cloudy with what looks like an extensive patch of lightish? rain approaching from SW.

Can't remember that being forecast a couple of day ago but we'll see if it amounts to much if it actually arrives here. Otherwise a pleasant warm afternoon.

Just had a short sharp shower out of cloud that didn't look that menancing whilst the sun was out.
Everything soaked but temp still 26.0c

Far more instability than any forecast showed yesterday with showers popping up already and an area of rain to the south west, probably high level mostly.

Indeed I wasn't expecting the completely cloudy conditions that we now have today. However, under the cloud it looks like anything that falls is high level stuff  evaporating before it reaches the ground. The beaches must be packed in Dorset and those who yesterday planned on a sunny day at the beach today must be disappointed but at least it's still warmish.

Meanwhile here at my end of Folkestone it's just exceeded 33 c with full sunshine. Starting to struggle with sitting outside now even though humidity is still in the mid 40%.
