YeuK! and I have to out in it for my regular G.P. meet up.......I'd better not catch a cold whilst doing so!

With the river still 'pinched' at the point the new Bridge is going in it'd better not turn heavier or we could have issues ( bless me!)

A horrible afternoon. A cold 11.4C and rain is falling at over 8mm/hr. It's actually really dull too, so much so that I've even had to put the table lamp on in the living room.

Just 12C with moderate sometimes torrential rain. Around 3pm we had a dry gap of about 1 hour where the wind direction changed from E to SW.

We've had 30mm in just a few hours.

Despite the generally cloudy conditions and the wind we've still managed 21.4C today.

Looks like we might finally see some much needed rain overnight - September has been very dry so far.

Currently at 31mm.... more bright echos over to the west waiting in the wings. I wonder if we can make 50mm

Could be the wettest september day on record for me.

Then looking to the weekend with more rain forecast. Why does this precip never arrive in the snowy times
