Thinking on it he hasn't been outstanding at all. Poor choice of word. What he's been is reliable. He does the basic things well and without a fuss, and for a defender that's a recipe for success

Plymouth Argyle in administration. Apparently the owe more money than they have assets to sell. Oh well...

Coventry 0-3 Bristol City (ht). 13 points away from the relegation zone and 11 points off the playoffs, so far to say we are definately safe now. I wonder where we'd be if it weren't for the crippling injuries during the first few months of the season... Three in three for the returning Maynard

Good result for Town   And an excellent performance.

And credit where credit's due - nice to see Bristol and Leeds get good wins too.

Yep, usually around now with ten or so games left that the wheels fall off any Cardiff challenge. Three wins on the bounce for us and three dominant performances. Ten goals scored and only one against. Leeds cement their place in the top 6

A fantastic night for Bristol City Football Club. The revised planning application for Sainsburys at Ashton Gate has been passed. We will get the new stadium πŸ‘

As for QPR, it looks like they're going to get their rewards for the money spent. Solid and consistent. With a loss of £14m and net debt at £40m they're going to need this gamble to pay off.

With 124 goals in our 35 games it's unlikely to be 0-0!

The last time that happened at Elland Road was 3rd October 2009 against Charlton!

Before that it was 29th March 2008!

Bristol Rovers continue to go through managers like they are going out of fashion. Dave Penney lasted less than two months. Sacked today πŸ˜‚

Another solid away point for Barnet at the weekend.........if only there were another 25 fixture left we might reach safety

Anything is better than shopping with the missus πŸ˜‚ Rovers are effectively down, but there is still a chance. A decade ago I'd have been loving it. As a City fan I still find it a bit humorous, naturally, but the vicious edge and total satisfaction has long gone. I was saying this to Simon when we played Leeds at The Gate. The rivalry as it once was is dead 😞

Football League Danny: "First blood to Bristol City in the battle of the in-form Championship sides. Albert Adomah puts the Robins 1-0 up on Portsmouth. That's Portsmouth who came into this game on the back of six straight wins and having not conceded a goal in any of them."

I'm still bemoaning our early season injuries

Good result for Bristol City winning 2-1

Meanwhie Barnet struggle to get results going in their favour.........had much more of the game and more real opportunities on goal, but still can't find the right side of the net

This is ominous. Bristol City have called a press conference for 2:30pm today with the chairman making and announcement regarding the future of the club. The whole club was closed for an hour this morning whilst everyone was briefed πŸ€” πŸ’€

The club is secure. Rumour now is that the chairman is stepping aside and becoming owner, and the chief executive is taking over as chairman. Big 'phew' if that's all it is lol 😁 I've text both the guys who roll me info and not had a reply yet
